Japanese Sake is Japanese traditional rice wine that can be drunk in a wide range of temperature from 5 to 60 degree depending on your preference and season. Its distinctive flavor goes well with Japanese cuisine such as Sushi, Tempura, and any other Japanese foods. If you’d like to know more about Sake, there is Japanese Sake Brewery in Oume city in Tokyo. It takes about 1 hour and a half from Shinjyuku. The brewery conducts a tour that introduce about process of Sake, difference of each type of Sake and give us tasting their products.
