Japanese Sake is Japanese traditional rice wine that can be drunk in a wide range of temperature from 5 to 60 degree depending on your preference and season. It takes about 1 hour and a half from Shinjyuku. The brewery conducts a tour that introduce about process of Sake, difference of each type of Sake and give us tasting their products. There are two restaurants, cafe, nice walking pass beside a river and sake bar that enjoy tasting various different kinds of sake with a reasonable price in here.
